Front Of The Pack, VP Brand Marketing

I was part of the co-founding team and developed the pet supplement brand from scratch: from UK/US consumer research; to definition of Purpose, Positioning and Personality; to overseeing the creation of the visual brand, tone of voice and website content. I played a key role in the development of the proposition and product, fundraising activity, and launch strategy.

Paws.com, Director of Brand Marketing

I was the first in-house brand hire at Paws, the dog food subscription service. I developed the master-brand and multiple sub-brands, built an all-star brand marketing team, worked hands-on with teams across the business to oversee implementation, managed marketing and PR campaigns, and set up our CSR scheme - which fed over 100,000 meals to shelter dogs.

Yopa, Head of Brand & Communications

I joined the challenger online estate agency in its infancy. I devised its brand, comms and creative strategy, worked on raising £58M in investment from 3 public companies, and was responsible for national TV and radio ad campaigns - playing a key role in taking Yopa from 7th to 2nd largest in the online sector in 11 months.

Deliveroo, Brand & Communications Consultant

I ran Deliveroo's first major rider insights project, and helped establish and grow their central communications and public policy functions and teams as the food delivery service underwent rapid global expansion.

JustPark, Head of Communications

I was a first-ten team member at the peer-to-peer parking app, backed by BMW and Index Ventures. I managed the comms around a record-breaking £3.7M equity crowdfunding campaign, oversaw the creation of some super successful content marketing, and spearheaded the winning pitch for Richard Branson’s startup competition, with £500,000 in prizes.
